Interim tech lead · Stockholm
An interim tech lead who still writes code.
When the team lacks direction, when releases run late or when a tech lead has left. I step in, set architecture and ways of working, and stay in the code. At Vattenfall I spent five years making sure four teams followed the same standards for design, performance and security.

How it works
Three steps. No surprises.
We talk
Thirty minutes. You tell me where it hurts, I listen and ask the questions that usually decide things.
I draw the plan
What gets built, in what order, and what it costs. On one page, so everyone in the room understands it.
We build
Short cycles. Real code in production early. You see progress every week, not at the end.
Common questions
Common questions about interim tech lead and solution architect
What does an interim tech lead do?
Takes technical responsibility for a team for a limited time: architecture, code quality, priorities and decisions. The difference from a manager is that I write code and make decisions from inside the team.
How long is a typical assignment?
Three to twelve months. Often until you have recruited, or until the team stands firmly on its own.
Can you help recruit my replacement?
Yes. Requirements profile, technical interviews and onboarding. I hand over when it is done, not when the clock rings.
Can you review our platform before a decision?
Yes, technical due diligence before an investment, acquisition or a major rebuild. You get a plain-language report with what actually matters.
