Common questions about hire a development team
What does it cost to hire a development team?
It depends on the composition. A team with a senior in Stockholm and developers abroad often costs considerably less than the same team from a Swedish agency, with the same accountability and the same contact here. You get a quote per role and per month before we start.
Where is the team based?
I am in Stockholm and can be on site. The others are in Sweden or in Europe, remote, in or near the Swedish time zone.
How fast can the team start?
A senior within one to two weeks, a full team often within a week after we agree on the composition.
What happens when the project is done?
The team shrinks to what maintenance needs, or hands over to your own staff with documentation and onboarding. No lock-in.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency sells hours and staffs with whoever is free. Here every person is chosen for your project, by someone who has worked with them before and who sits in the code himself.
