Fullstack consultant · Stockholm

A fullstack consultant who owns the whole chain.

From database to pixel. I build, untangle and run web applications with React and Next.js in the frontend, Node or .NET in the backend, Postgres as the database and Azure or Vercel for operations. Twenty-plus years in production, most recently as founder of my own SaaS product.

Taking new assignments

What you get

  • Fewer handovers

One person who understands both the API and the interface makes decisions on the spot. What would take three meetings takes an afternoon.
  • Production early

CI/CD, zero-downtime deployments and monitoring from the first week. Real code in production, not demos.
  • A stack that holds

TypeScript all the way, shared schemas between frontend and backend, tests where they matter. Built to grow without a rewrite.

How it works

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. We talk

Thirty minutes. You tell me where it hurts, I listen and ask the questions that usually decide things.

  2. I draw the plan

What gets built, in what order, and what it costs. On one page, so everyone in the room understands it.

  3. We build

Short cycles. Real code in production early. You see progress every week, not at the end.

Common questions

Common questions about fullstack consultant in Stockholm

What does a fullstack consultant cost?

Hourly or fixed price depending on the assignment. You get a clear quote before we start, and if parts of the work can be done by colleagues abroad that lowers the price without moving the accountability.

Frontend, backend or fullstack, what do we need?

If you have a working backend team but lack frontend, a frontend consultant is right. If nobody can own the whole chain, or you are building something new from scratch, fullstack is right. Unsure? One call settles it.

How soon can you start?

Often within one to two weeks. Write a few lines and you get an answer the same day.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. That is often how assignments begin: the code nobody dares to touch. I find out why, document it and make it safe to build again.

Do you build AI features?

Yes. I have built AI-driven training planning in production on the OpenAI API, with paying users. I know what works and what only sounds good.
